Granada, Part 3...the Moorish Baths

Near the palace is a small complex of skylit rooms that were baths built under the reign of the Moors. Built entirely of brick, the baths feature a series of dome-ceilinged rooms of varying sizes. Lighting was entirely through skylights formed of brick in the domes...the larger the room, the higher the quantity of stars. The overall effect was quite magical and soothing. Clearly the Moors did just fine without the modern conveniences!
